Meet Chef Andrew Garrett
Chef. Outdoorsman. Host.
Chef Andrew Garrett has spent more than two decades building a career around food, hospitality, and service. A professional chef, U.S. Army veteran, lifelong outdoorsman, and 25-year rugby veteran, Andrew has dedicated much of his life to helping people connect through shared experiences around the table.
Throughout his culinary career, he has worked as a private chef, event chef, nutrition coach, wilderness camp chef, and educator — developing a reputation for memorable experiences rooted in quality ingredients and genuine hospitality.
His passion for fishing, hunting, and wild food eventually led to the creation of Drift & Flame. What began as a personal pursuit of wild places and sustainable food evolved into a business focused on sharing those experiences with others.

Drift & Flame was built on a simple belief: the best outdoor experiences don’t end at the dock.
Founded by Chef Andrew Garrett, Drift & Flame combines world-class fishing, exceptional food, and authentic hospitality into experiences designed for people who appreciate where their food comes from and the stories created while pursuing it.
After more than two decades as a professional chef, Andrew recognized a gap in the outdoor industry. Incredible fishing opportunities existed throughout the Pacific Northwest, but few experiences connected the entire journey—from catching wild fish to preparing unforgettable meals around the table.
Drift & Flame was created to bridge that gap.
