OFFSHORE EXPERIENCE
DRIFT & FLAME ALBACORE EXPERIENCE
From Ocean to Table in 24 Hours
Join Chef Andrew Garrett and Captain Andy for one of Oregon’s most exciting fishing opportunities: offshore albacore tuna.
Arrive the evening before departure for a hosted welcome dinner where guests gather, discuss conditions, review the next day’s plan, and enjoy a chef-prepared meal featuring the best of the Pacific Northwest.
Before sunrise, we’ll depart for the offshore grounds in search of hard-fighting albacore tuna. Spend the day chasing temperature breaks, working bait schools, and filling fish boxes with premium tuna destined for the grill, smoker, canner, and sashimi platter.
Upon returning to port, your catch will be professionally processed whenever available. During peak tuna season, processing delays can occur due to demand. In those cases, Chef Andrew Garrett personally oversees fish processing to ensure every guest receives the highest quality product possible.

What Our Guests Say
““Hands down the best day I’ve ever spent on the water. We limited out on salmon before lunch, and then Chef Andrew plated a meal that wouldn’t look out of place in Portland’s best restaurants — except we were eating it on the deck.”
““Booked it as a corporate retreat for our team of six. Zero complaints, perfect logistics, and everyone went home with a cooler of fish and a story. We’re already planning next year.”
““I came for the fishing and left obsessed with the food. Andrew’s open-fire technique is unreal. The crew made my dad’s 60th birthday a memory we’ll talk about forever.”
““Safe, professional, and ridiculously fun. They handled every detail — gear, licenses, cleaning, packing the fish for the flight home. All we had to do was show up and fish.”
