Tentative Itinerary (3 Days of Salmon Fishing)**
**DAY 1 — August 29
Arrival + Welcome Dinner**
Afternoon / Early Evening
Guests are picked up and travel to the Drift & Flame lodge
Check into rooms, enjoy snacks, beverages, and coastal air
Meet Chef Andrew Garrett and assistant chef
Review the fishing itinerary, tides, and gear
Settle in and get ready for the weekend
Dinner
3–4 course chef-prepared dinner featuring local Oregon ingredients
Relax and rest before the first full fishing day
Included:
All-inclusive meals, beverages, snacks, lodging, gratuity, and transportation to/from fishing
**DAY 2 — August 30
Buoy 10 Salmon with Captain Kevin Larsen**
Early Morning
Hot chef-prepared breakfast
Packed lunches, snacks, and beverages ready to grab
Depart for Buoy 10 with Captain Kevin Larsen
On the Water
Full day salmon fishing targeting King (Chinook) and Coho
Learn techniques from one of the most seasoned Buoy 10 captains
Dockside fish cleaning demonstration
Evening
Hands-on vacuum-packing and fish-care class
3–4 course dinner highlighting the day’s catch
Relax fireside or unwind at the lodge
**DAY 3 — August 31
Second Full Day at Buoy 10**
Early Morning
Breakfast + grab-and-go lunch/snacks
Head back out with Captain Kevin Larsen
On the Water
Chase the tides and maximize opportunities for Chinook and Coho
Learn how to read current, bait presentation, and travel lanes
Return for fish cleaning and sorting
Evening
Additional packing and processing of the catch
Another chef-driven 3–4 course dinner
Lodge downtime, storytelling, and relaxation
**DAY 4 — September 1
Final Salmon Day with Captain Dustin**
Early Morning
Breakfast + lunches/snacks
Depart with Captain Dustin for your third and final salmon day
Target ocean-fresh Chinook and Coho as new schools push in
Afternoon
Final fish cleaning and vacuum sealing
Expect to leave with 60+ pounds of beautifully processed salmon
Fish is stored overnight for additional freezing time
Evening
Final celebratory 3–4 course Drift & Flame dinner
Pack up gear and enjoy a relaxed final night
**DAY 5 — September 2
Departure Day (Travel-Friendly)**
Morning
Enjoy a hearty breakfast featuring the week’s catch
Fish is fully frozen, packaged, and ready for flights or long drives
Late Morning / Afternoon
Guests depart at their leisure
