Your five-night journey begins with coastal luxury lodging, followed by four full days aboard top-tier charter boats, chasing fast, hard-fighting tuna alongside seasoned captains. You’ll also target rockfish, lingcod, Dungeness crab, and salmon depending on daily conditions and permits.

Evenings bring Drift & Flame’s signature culinary experience: dramatic over-flame dinners, communal coastal fare, and fire-lit hospitality curated by Chef Andrew Garrett. One evening features a hands-on tuna canning workshop, giving you a take-home skill (and jarred bounty) to remember your trip by.
